They will accompany you to view all the properties that you wish to see. They may also contact their local associates to locate further suitable properties for sale.
Bon de Visite some agents will require you to sign this form prior to making visits to properties. This is just to confirm that they are taking you to see the properties listed on it, it does not commit you to anything. Normally they will keep a copy for their records, send a copy to the vendor and give you a copy

NB Although we check that property you are interested in buying is available when we make your appointment, there is no guarantee that selected properties will remain available until the time of your visit.
